Terms and Conditions (T&C) of galaxislink

These T&C apply to all users of the 'galaxislink' platform (https://galaxislink.com), offering Link-in-Bio pages and digital business cards. galaxislink is a subsidiary of Majesty Developers, Irenenstr. 66, 40468 Düsseldorf, info@majesty-developers.com.

2. Terms of Use

Registration: Required with email and password. Right of withdrawal for Premium within 14 days.

Content: Links and business cards must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content. Free: limited, Premium: unlimited.

Availability: No guarantee of 100% uptime; maintenance periods possible.

3. Liability Limitations

The operators are not liable for damages from platform use or faulty links. Liability for third parties (target sites) is excluded. Force majeure relieves obligations.

4. Data Protection

Data protection per separate privacy policy. Data stored in the EU (Firebase, europe-west1). Tracking requires consent, revocable.

5. Payment Terms

Price: Details on https://galaxislink.com/pricing. Billing: Monthly via Stripe, auto-renewal, cancellation with 14 days' notice. No refunds after 14 days from purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The 'galaxislink' platform and brand remain the property of Majesty Developers. Users own their content (links, cards).

7. Termination and Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for breaches. Self-termination via Dashboard/email to info@majesty-developers.com, data deletion after 30 days.

8. Changes to T&C

Changes will be announced via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Final Provisions

10. Multilingualism

These T&C are available in German and English. The German version is binding.

Additional Provisions for Vibecard Feature

The Vibecard feature enables the creation of digital business cards with QR codes and NFC integration. Users are responsible for complying with data protection regulations when using NFC tags. The operators assume no liability for misuse of NFC data by third parties.
